sorry, I don't understand.
Isn't the OSGeo logo already in a block on the right bar?
It should be like that for the mapguide.osgeo.net site.
Maybe you don't want it forced in a single block on top of the right 
colummn?
this could make sense, I'm interested in your comment, we would like to 
make the system as clean and easy as possible.
Let's try to imagine that osgeo subdomains can be a lot soon; I think it 
would be reasonable to have the osgeo logo in a block  and in the same 
position for all subdomains.
I'm sure debate can open my mind...
