[Webcom] [OSGeo-Conf] Where do old FOSS4G sites retire to?

Hi Frank,

It's got a fair few dependencies, I'm afraid, mysql being the least of
them! I'm not sure how much of the complex back end stuff we need though-
but I'll chat to the rest of the committee and we'll figure something out.
