[Webcom] [OSGeo-Conf] Where do old FOSS4G sites retire to?

I'd agree with Paul - A crawl to generate a static cache makes the most
sense (keeping only the content that's on the 2013.foss4g.org domain and
not following external links).  The search facility would break, but
otherwise the site should fair quite well.
