[Webcom] Deleting spam users

Folks,
I am at the FOSS4G code sprint and lacking coding capacities have
taken it on to flesh out the web site a bit. There are users with a
record of spamming the website. What are we to do with them?

Spam:

If we delete the user their content is attributed to the anonymous
account. Is that a good thing? I.e. will it help to batch delete their
content? Lacking any Drupal fu I hope to learn how we deal with these
kind of things.
