[Zoo-discuss] Compiling Zoo-kernel: fastcgi headers location

Rémi,
the revision 740 should solve the issue of a fastcgi library setup in a specific location.

I kept the —with-fastcgi option which was already available in the configure.ac file but was not used.
Now, the value set to this option flag should be correctly used.
