[ZOO-PSC] Move to OSGeo Infrastructure

Hello PSC,

I think we should discuss at the next meeting the possibility of moving 
the ZOO-Project to the OSGeo infrastructure (such as Trac, SVN, etc.). 
Non-OSGeo projects commonly request this and are granted this.  Requests 
are sent to the OSGeo-SAC email list (such as this recent request 
http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/Trac-instance-for-Enterprise-Linux-GIS-td5589501.html#a5589501).

As an Open Source project, we might as well use the existing infrastructure.

I have added this item to the next meeting's agenda.
