To be able to upload layers I must set

<proxyBaseUrl>http://localhost:8080/geoserver/</proxyBaseUrl>

into usr/share/geoserver/data/global.xml

If I open geoserver from the admin panel the address is

http://localhost:8001/geoserver/web/?1

but If i want for example a layer preview

address change to
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/geonode/wms?access_token=h4oWfeewhIhMk1aNWvm4nmXSG1QSO1%3Fservice%3DWMS/kml?layers=geonode:fiora_amianto

with error The requested URL /geoserver/geonode/wms was not found on this
server.
