[Qgis-user] QGIS3 location error

I followed that thread, and it did provide a work around.  
For anyone else who runs into this...I just tried to create an identical CRS to the actual one, but without "+nadgrids=@null”.  I then set the source for my image to use that custom CRS and now it does display in the correct location.
