[Conference-europe] Registration fee

Dear All 
Many thanks for all your suggestions. What is evident is that it should better to discuss more on this
topic because there is not a general agreement. But we have to go ahead with the organization and we have to make available the registration page. 
At this point I prefer to make for my original proposal for the sake of brevity. For next FOSS4G Europe we have definitely to decide earlier. Sorry for that but it is the very time to announce officially the Conference, also including its cost. 
Thanks Stefano Campus and GFOSS for providing USB keys to attendees!!
