[Conference-europe] Discussion period for FOSS4G Europe 2026 open until 21.09.2025

Regarding talks/workshops the switcharound is ok I think. It's not set in
stone. Just this spring I think Marco M was suggesting something similar
"food for thought" but we never managed to talk about it in Mostar during
the conf BoF (my bad, I forgot). The reasoning being that some people have
to already leave on Friday morning/noon and will essentially miss out the
last day of the presentations. But then again - for workshops you need to
be present anyway, talks you should be able to later rewatch if interested.

Also, a question that would need to be solved is timing for b2b,
ice-breaker, and geochicas-take events then too.
