Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Here is the output of configure:
--------------
user at machine:~/dev/gdal-3.0.2$ ./configure --with-python=python3
--with-proj=/usr/local --with-pg=yes --with-spatialite=yes | grep proj
/bin/bash: ./config.rpath: No such file or directory
checking for PROJ >= 6 library... checking for proj_create_from_wkt in
-lproj... yes
configure: proj.h found
config.status: WARNING: 'GDALmake.opt.in' seems to ignore the
--datarootdir setting
----------
And here the output of ldd:
----------
user at machine:~/dev/gdal-3.0.2$ ldd .libs/libgdal.so | grep proj
libproj.so.12 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libproj.so.12
(0x00007f72525a5000)
-------------
So this seems like it links to the old version of proj. Why is using
this one if I specified "--with-proj=/usr/local" ?
The env var LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set on my machine.
Maybe setting one and set /usr/local as the preferred path would solve
my problem. I'll try ...
Thanks,
Andreas
