[GeoNode-devel] Encoding error

Good morning, 

I'm working under geonode 2.10 and I have an issue. When I'm trying to use non ascii characters such as "é, è" I have this error "DjangoUnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 3: ordinal not in range(128).". In my html files it wasn't a big deal I just had to replace each character by "&eacute" or whatever. But when it comes to upload layers, in the attributs section it's annoying for me and the users because they won't be able to upload their ressources as they want without using non ascii character.
