[GeoNode-devel] 2.10.x Installation Issue

Following installation guide @
http://docs.geonode.org/en/master/install/core/index.html using branch
2.10.x I get the following error during *paver setup:*

 File
"/home/ubuntu/.virtualenvs/geonode/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/django/contrib/gis/geos/__init__.py",
line 5, in <module>
    from .collections import (  # NOQA
  File
"/home/ubuntu/.virtualenvs/geonode/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/django/contrib/gis/geos/collections.py",
line 9, in <module>
    from django.contrib.gis.geos import prototypes as capi
ImportError: cannot import name prototypes

Running *python manage.py* gives the same error.
