[GeoNode-devel] Docker build issues

Hi guys.

Using the older Docker Toolbox (Win 7 machine, so cant use Docker for
Windows).  The COMPOSE_CONVERT_WINDOWS_PATHS system environment variable is
automatically setup on install of Docker Toolbox.

Anyway, I'm glad it worked.
