Hey Alessio
yes, this is the same road I was thinking of. Note that the CI fails
right now (GeoServer integration tests).
In any case I'd suggest to have the _max_tries variable configurable
(maybe in settings.UPLOADER['OPTIONS']). Right now its value (100) is
too much as the process would hang 100 seconds if something weird
happens.
