[GeoNode-devel] Cannot delete users after GeoNode upgrade

Hi devs,

I've upgraded a GeoNode 3.1.x to a 3.2. I've run the migrate command and
that seems to have caused an issue. While I try to delete a user I'm
getting the following:

Exception Type: ProgrammingError at /en/admin/people/profile/1013/delete/
Exception Value: relation "geonode_notificationreceiver" does not exist
LINE 1: ...ile"."language", "people_profile"."timezone" FROM "geonode_n...
                                                             ^
Any idea on how to fix this?
