Hi Abel,

I think I´ve loosed the thread. From your error code I would say this looks like a connection problem.
In this case, yes the problem could lay in the connection between your servers. unfortuantely i´m not
with windows servers. On linux I would check connections with something like ss. Another thing I would
try is to narrow down the problem. For example uploading real big geotiffs or a shap´s with heavy geometry
and see if I´m running in some timeout (or allowed post size etc...). Also stress testing your geoserver with jmeter could help to find your problem.

But you´re also writing the super User has no problems viewing maps? But all others?
In this case I would expect a missconfiguration with your settings and or auth.
