[GeoNode-users] Problem with GeoFence permissions

There's something odd about GeoFence that you need to know, if you want to
send an "*" for a service or user or something, you don't have to send the
character '*' via XML but you need to remove the XML node completely.
GeoFence in fact accepts '*' on the rule, but then it considers '*' not as
ALL but as something with name = '*'. So pay attention.
Another thing, fixed on 2.7.x+, is that you always need to send the
priority along with the rule, otherwhise GeoFence can simply ignore it.
