[GeoNode-users] Managed hosting options for GeoNode as a service

Hello Jac,
did you considered also Amazon Web Services option? We installed custom
dockerized versions of GeoNode for several customers already.

Cannot be much helpful on the other options as I'm not really involved on
DevOps stuff, and I have no personal experience with the ones you listed.
