yes I used apt-get to install geonode. Where I can find informations about these ways?

Do you mean by using "apt-get" package? 
If so, yes, there are ways to update it manually, but it won't be straight not easy to achieve unfortunately.

this issue has been already fixed on the latest versions. You should try to update your instance to the latest ones. 

If you want to give it a try, you can try this very easy setup and test it locally:

The advantages of those approaches are that: 

1. You will have up-to-date GeoNode and GeoServer versions 

2. You will be able to keep GeoNode updates in the future
