[GeoNode-users] Permissions - Cannot download layers

Uhm,
I don't get this message. Just tried to run the command and it started
scanning the layers. Which version are you using?

Moreover, if you want to batch set/unset the permissions you might want to
consider also this command here

I'm using 2.10.x branch now.
