[GeoNode-users] error install ubuntu 18.04

Hello,
I try the installation for basic install from geonode 3 documentation. I
have tried like several times, unfortunately get the similar error. I tried
also to change the server to singapore but no luck. Anyway, similar error
always happens with those files. I suspect maybe the error because there is
no package in server maybe. Or do you know the reason why?
