[GRASS5] [bug #4052] (grass) gis.m: d.vect.thematic legend window interferes with map window

With today's CVS head tree freshly compiled, there seems to be a problem of inteference between the map and the legend in d.vect.thematic. Two cases:

- When I uncheck "create graphic legend", then the x0 monitor opens and all the GUI elements freeze until I close this monitor. Then the thematic map is correctly displayed in the map display.

- When I check "create graphic legend", the same happens with the x0 monitor (i.e. the GUI freezes until I close the x0 monitor), but then it is the legend which is displayed in the map display, not the map...
