Subject: r.slope.aspect: missing closing G_percent()s

Hi,

r.slope.aspect is missing G_percent() calls after the loops finish so it never
hits "100%\n".

This makes the GUI percentage bar never complete and the terminal output look
funny:

percent complete: CREATING SUPPORT FILES
...

instead of

percent complete: 100%
CREATING SUPPORT FILES
...
