[Lizmap] Popup - field with null values

Hi,

Since 3.3.12 we've added an 'empty-data' class in auto popup when value 
is empty or NULL. => 
https://github.com/3liz/lizmap-web-client/blob/6f728028f039930f279f968f47e89a3c45b2917e/CHANGELOG-3.3.md#version-3312

This way you can display empty value or not with CSS. By default the row 
should be hidden. If it is not the case, open a ticket on github with a 
Lizmap project showing the issue.
