[Journal] Minor Layout Changes

Yes, Nice work Christian!

Barend, maybe we can try to announce meeting
on the OSGeo discuss list calling people interested
in updating the details at OSGeo Journal and also
discuss about the people and policies section.

I would be interested in joining such a meeting to
have a brief discussion and get started with updating
info in "about".
