[Journal] Minor Layout Changes

Hi Venka,

I am all in favour of such a meeting, BUT personally I really cannot put
any resources in such an effort. I happened to get involved because of
having created the last two issues of the journal with the help of
Christian. He also has indicated that he volunteers to take it further, so
I am happy to leave it in his capable hands ;-)
