[OSGeoLive] Some questions related translation

Hi Kari

The policy for this year's to include a language is that the overview files
to be 100% translated.

I dont have access to the OSGeoLive website location, that is why I
generate it and place it in [1]
I think the website will be updated when the final release of the disk is
generated.

After the website is updated, upon request, if a language team is working
on a language, I can post in [1] the unfinished work, so that the team can
view how the translation is coming.
When the overviews are 100% finished the language will be added in [2] and
most probably the webpage will then be updated accordingly.

regards
Vicky
