[pdal] First steps using PDAL in osgeo4W

Hi all,
sorry for continuous questions...
I installed Anaconda and then pdal on my Linux PC in office and here (with
pdal 1.8 version) it seems to have density but not the PCL filtering, could
it be right?

Regarding my previous question about the path, do you have any idea on
which is the error?
