[Portugal] Converter JP2000 para TIF com transparência

Bom dia,

Outra das soluções que dá bons resultados, é recorrer ao GIMP, fazer um
"Colors>>Color to alpha" e definir qual a cor transparente. Exportar a
imagem como tif. E criar um ficheiro .wld para o TIF a partir dos dados do
JPEG2000.

Ou ainda usar a livraria imagemagick (
http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php) e fazer o mesmo

Para o branco puro
\\ convert origem.jp2 -transparent white destino.tif

Para branco e tons próximo
\\ convert origem.jp2 -fuzz XX% -transparent white destino.tif

Quanto menor for a % mais próximas do branco os pixeis terão que ser para
ficarem transparentes.

Nos dois casos será preciso criar o ficheiro .wld

Penso que o mais simples será criar um raster virtual com transparência, e
posteriormente fazer a conversão deste para tif

Exemplo:

1. gdalbuildvrt -srcnodata "255 255 255" destino.vrt entrada.jpg
2. gdal_translate -of Gtiff destino.vrt destino.tif

Gostaria de saber se é possível converter um ficheiro no formato JP2000
para TIF com transparência. Se possível definir a côr branco (RGB 255 255
255) para transparência.

Compressão para o ficheiro de saída TIF não é requisito para já.
