 Dane,

 We currently test windows (both 32-bit and 64-bit) on every commit using
 Jenkins and in fact also make windows builds on every commit.

 That said it's always good to have more bots testing things.  How much
 trouble is it to setup appveyor?  Would you be willing to help us out?
