 Very frustrating.  I have this all done to not do fancy wildcard pulling.
 However when using http://www2.census.gov/ things were fast and then my IP
 appears to be now blocked since I can still access on another server but
 not my local network.

 ftp2.census.gov was fast for state pull, and then hanging for logging in
 annoymous.

 I'm suspecting they've instituted some DOS thing.  Staff in census are
 clueless.
