 Agreed @robe. I think it can be an error to prefer a transaction rollback
 in that case.

 Again about SRS, as I wrote I think it's a good thing to leave it out for
 the general case (supporting any SRS), but I see no reason why there could
 not be another ST_AsMVT signature that assumes 4326 and a tile coordinate
 based on its ubiquitous tile grid scheme but at this time it's not on my
 TODO list.
