 Now I really need to get to know Debbie better. Must be something
 different to my local setup and the Travis setup. Could revert ST_AsGeobuf
 but if it's ok I'll leave it in while I try to reproduce the problem. If I
 can't reproduce/fix in a few days I'll revert.
