 OK, understood about the reasons for optimization. Perhaps this is a
 documentation issue, then? Maybe this is common sense to some, but was not
 obvious to me that matching SRIDs was necessary for the ST_Intersects
 function (or ST_Contains, ST_Within, or others), and was not documented.
