 Yes you are right that vertexes are the most accurate part, but the case I
 was thinking about for instance this.

 - Lets say we have some polygons that show soil types and those lines are
 very accurate because they checked out in the field and not picked from
 orto photo.
 - Then we have some other polygons that show ar5 but they are picked from
 an older orto photo. Then we may want to add this new ar5 data with a
 bigger tolerance so they can snap to close by soil edges. Then it's
 important that we do not move the soil data already added and specially if
 this lines are added with big tolerance.
