 I noticed the postgis-3.1.2.pdf did not build (not in
 http://postgis.net/stuff) folder, but the epub and html docs are there.

 I checked the build and registers this - though it returns success:

 Going to check how long this has been going on and if can be fixable.
 Might be caused by patch updates.
