 Oh, I just noticed: my system also sets `POT-Creation-Date` to an _older_
 time, which is weird.
 Anyway I think the linewrapping is the actual change, as if it was ONLY a
 Creation-Date change our Makefile rule would have reported `unchanged` and
 not touch the po file
