 The build is controlled by
 https://debbie.postgis.net/view/PostGIS/job/PostGIS_Make_Dist

 There are two ways to handle this.

 1.  I can put a filter on the job to ignore non-stable / master branches

 or

 2. we can change ci/debbie/postgis_make_dist.sh  check the branch it's
 building and put the build in some other folder we can check.

 That would satisfy your need to see and also not mess up what is linked on
 the website.
