[postgis-users] Convert DGN or SHP to PostGIS

Hi Amir,

the PostGIS distribution contains the shp2pgsql tool to convert ESRI shapefiles
to PostGIS (together with the psql client).

OGR seems to be able to read MicroStation DGN and write PostGIS:
