But for building PostgreSQL and PostGIS itsself, you'll need a working
Make, so there's no additional pain in building PostGIS jdbc.

I think this is planned for the official 1.0.0 release.

I also heard form the PostGIS/Windows maintainer that he'll include the
postgis.jar into his future installer releases.
