[postgis-users] Error while importing data

Hi Nigel,

Tell us what your problem is and paste the error messages and any other 
information you think is pertinent. What are you doing when you receive the 
constraint violation error messages? I am at work for another hour, so I can 
look at it if you get back to me soon.
