[postgis-users] problem installing WKTRaster

Mmmm... strange. Ensure both directories:

C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.4/lib
C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.4/bin

Are included in PATH enviroment var. And then, open a new console and
try to load rtpostgis.sql from it. You can try it from PgAdmin too...
