[postgis-users] Building GEOS 3.3.1 on Ubuntu

Skip the autogen.sh step, since you didn't download via SVN (that's
what the instructions say). Here are your steps for Ubuntu from the
geos-3.3.1 directory:

./configure
make
make check
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig
