It has been presented at recent conference foss4g-fr, you may find more information here : https://osgeo-fr.github.io/presentations_foss4gfr/2014/J1_B_14_30_QGIS_DISTRI_EAU/foss4gfr_2014_qgis_distribution_metier_eau_picavet.pdf
Unfortunately, it’s in French (which seems normal since it was for the French foss4g…)
Hugues.

Paolo, thank you for the links. I have tried to find this before, but the plugin no longer appears in QGIS, and the oficial page (http://www.kappasys.ch/cms/index.php?id=23&L=5) seems empty. The plugin is not updated for QGIS 2.X.
Unifying the efforts, rather than duplicating, seems a sensible way.
Of course it's the best way to go. Lets see if my skills are enough to be able to make a valid contribute.
Best regards,
Alexandre Neto
