[postgis-users] Postgis upgrade from 2.4.6 to 2.5

Hi,

Checking whether upgrade path is supported is easy: you open your source
package and look up your "from" version in upgradeable_versions.mk file in
extensions directory. 2.5.1 contains a record for upgrading from 2.4.6.
