[PROJ] QGIS seems to transform with height 0 instead of the actual height

Yes, actually 827 m ellipsoidal height, which is 870 m physical height.

As it is a very coordinate transformation related issue, I thought it would be good to first ask it here, also to check if my analysis is correct.
