[Qgis-developer] QGIS and 3D vectorial data

Hi Martin,

obviously, there are some major architectural changes in the
pipeline that should sensibly be finished before proper
Z-coordinate handling can be enforced throughout the QGIS API.

I suppose the changes proposed in the RFC are for a post 1.0
version?
