[Qgis-developer] Building with msys.zip Qt-4.3.0-mingw Bison-2.1 and Flex-2.5.4a-1

Dear all,

I hope to build QGIS on a Windows XP Professional box.
msys.zip, Qt-4.3.0-mingw, Bison-2.1 and Flex-2.5.4a-1 are all installed.
I have followed closely the instructions "Building under windows using
msys" in the user_guide_en.pdf document.
I have successfully got to the compilation and installation stage but
have encountered the below error.
How do I correct this and complete the build?
