[QGIS-Developer] QGIS master, Qt Creator 4.4.1 and Qt 5.9

No way. I've just tested with cmake 3.10. I fear there's something wrong
with Qt, because my build dir contains only moc files with a .cpp_parametes
extension. No *.cpp and no *.h :(
